One of the Toughest matches in my career...

To help build memory for your Jiu Jitsu, focus on one submission on your opponent or training partner. Then you will see yourself doing a pattern to try to get it back, again and again. You should feel a Dejavu-type feeling because it might frustrate you or become a pet peeve:), because I found it. It's easier to remember things that frustrate us because we will always try to better ourselves from the negative energy.

Bare with me guys, I'm still figuring the blog stuff out...HAHA. Just stopped in to say hello to everyone. I'll be posting blogs here regularly about my training preparation and post event thoughts. Cims sent me a video camera, so I might be shooting some stuff too for you guys.
